We have explored the local foodscape in Boston Borough and South Holland, capturing memories, moments and recipes from local people and farms.

Lincolnshire is one of the country’s most important food production regions, we wanted to celebrate that and the people working to uphold it.

Artist Hannah Gardiner met and talked to people that produce and sell food locally in Lincolnshire through July – September 2015

The information collected (recipes, stories & farm locations), have been recorded on this website, and compiled into a book (available for FREE DOWNLOAD).

Between September 5th & 17th we also ‘popped up’  around Boston Borough and South Holland with a specially designed bike trailer, giving people samples of the recipes and sharing the journey with them.
